Part Number: ULN2803C
Hi team, I would implement that on the same land as ULN2803A. I think the ULN2803C additions need to be not connected as it is NC pins. Is it possible to implement? I'd like to implement ULN2803C without changing the board as ULN2803A…
Hi Elizabeth,
Is there a leakage current for ULN2803C at Vce = 5V?
Not a guaranteed value, but a view of what the value would be I would like to have.
Regards,
Kenji
Part Number: ULN2803C This post discusses how a 20-pin SOIC ULN2803CDWR can be footprint compatible with other 18-pin 8 channel Darlington transistor array devices with similar pinouts.
ULN2803CDWR is a 8-channel Darlington transistor array device which…
Part Number: ULN2803C Tool/software:
Hi,
I use this design with a unipolar stepper motor. But the ULN is very heating.
Could you see a mistake in my design.
VCC:24V DC
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2803C Hi,
Darlington Transistor Array - ULN2803AN
Would like to know the alternate part# where 100% drop in replacement possible. Treat this on highest priority and do the needful
Part Number: TPL9202 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2803C , I observe that the datasheet recommends a supply of 7-18V. Unfortunately I only have a supply of 6V5 nominal. However, my output current is less than 40mA total at any one time, so I am wondering…
Hi Archie,
You are correct; we are transitioning to the ULN2803C.
This device has the same specifications with a different pinout. The distinction being the ULN2803C has 20 pins rather than 18.
Best Regards,
Elizabeth
Hello Isee,
Below is a link to a FAQ that explains how to create a footprint for both 18 pin and 20 pin devices. The two additional pins are also not connected to anything internally.
