We have tested this in the lab and we were able to bring up the ADC EVM in the WaveVision software without errors. One thing we did notice was that the clock and power must be provided before launching WaveVision.

I also tried testing with lower clock frequencies.
The lowest clock frequency I have successfully captured data at is 120 MHz. I think there is a limitation in either the FPGA data capture firmware, or the EVM clock path that is preventing captures…

The ADC and evaluation tools were developed before National Semiconductor became part of TI, and are not compatible with the TSW1405EVM…
