Part Number: UCC28951 Tool/software: Dear TI Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. We are currently designing a power supply utilizing the UCC28951 controller IC for a PSFB converter.
Our power supply operates with a 350V nominal input…
On the diode part, from excel sheet
Iout (I Lout_RMS) is 89.82.
Δ lLout is 17.85.
= 89.82- (17.85 / 2 ) = 80.895 A to be considered during selection. Is this correct??

Part Number: UCC28951 Using UCC28951 Excel calculation sheet, I arrived at an Lmag value of 7mH.
I Went ahead with Planar transformer Vendor for the design of Transformer. He has manufactured a transformer with lesser Winding inductance of around 1mH…
Hi Mike O' thank you very much for your response. Please find the Excel file and TINA File. Still I am getting below results. Not required one.

hi Mike, here is an update. I disabled the SR by removing the GD resistors, so the output fets are just used as passive rectifier. I realize the issue may not be directly related to the synchronous rectifier, but rather something else since the converter…
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the reply. I tried to modify the PSPICE simulation based on the values obtained in TI-EXCEL tool. However, the start up simulation is not working . The reference given is for 48V but it limits to 12V.
Please suggest what changes…

Hi Mike,
I am still facing issues with design.
The values I calculated using the design document equations and the design calculator sheet does not match. Nevertheless I've simulated the design using both the values in Pspice for TI. Even thou the…
