Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54616 , TPS54611 I got the design circuit below for TPS54611 voltage regulator from the TI tool SwitcherPro; Vin = 5V, Vout = 0.9V, Iout = 4A. The tool show L1 = 2.2uH and C2 = 270uF. But, according to Figure 3 on the…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54140A I need application help with determining the compensation network for a TPS54140A SMPS.
My input voltage range is 8-18V (nominal input is 12V). My output is 5.0V @1.0A. My desired switching frequency Fsw, shift…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54610 Hi,
I'm using a TPS54610 to regulate from 5V to 3.3V. The design was for 3A current. I used SwitcherPro to select the external resistors and capacitors except for the input capacitors and the output LC which…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS5430 , TINA-TI Hi guys,
how can I use SPICE LIB available here (http://www.ti.com/product/TPS5430) to run simulate with ALTIUM DESIGNER?
I know 'switcherpro' but my problem is another. I need to add the TPS5430…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS40057 , TPS40055 TPS40057 schematic in SwitcherPro has gate capacitor C33. This is not described in datasheet.
How is this value calculated?
According to TPS40055 EVM user's guide, this capacitor value is decided…
Hi Andreas,
Your observations are correct. R6 does appear to be a function of Q1 in
SwitcherPro. As per data sheet, it should be a function of the low side
MOSFET. I will follow-up with the system engineer for this part and
request an enhancement…
Hello,
I have tried this again and it still doesn’t seem work. It still excludes the LM3409HV.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54550 In reviewing the data sheet of the TPS54550 device it would appear the load current could go to 0 A with the regulation being within 0.1% with a Vin of 12V. Yet when I run SwitcherPro it doesn't allow me to set…
