Part Number: ADS8519 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS8509
Hello,
I am considering jumping from ADS8509 to ADS8519 ADC. I would like to avoid as many changes as possible to the surrounding circuitry (including the ADS8509 +/-10V input range connections…
Part Number: ADS8519 Hi team,
My customer is considering to input an external voltage of 4.096V to REF-pin(pin7) of ADS8519 without Trim. In this case, is it ok to input the 4.096V to the REF-pin directly? Or does it require 576kohm in series as described…

Hi team,
My customer is considering to use the ADS8519. Could you support the following question from the customer?
ADS8519 has 5V analog power supply(VANA), power supply for I/O(VDIG), and Vref. Are there power up sequence among…
Part Number: ADS8519 Hi team,
My customer is considering to use the ADS8519.
The customer would like to know a guideline/precaution about the pattern layout and assembly of the ADS8519. Could you provide me such an information?
Regards,
Yamaguchi
Part Number: ADS8519 Dear All,
I am working with ADS8519 in one of my project.
The ADC ADS8519 is interface with Spartan6 FPGA through SPI Communication.
The issue is whatever Input is given to the ADC , the correspoing data value always an even numb…

Part Number: ADS8519 Dear TI,
I am doing circuit design review with SPI multiple communication. If the IC does not communicate, I know that the part that supports high impedance in the MOSI line.
Thank you.
Hao,
Yes, both the ADS8509 and ADS8519 have the same pin-out. There are differences from the standpoint of the internal resistive elements though and the ADS8509 needs the three additional resistors shown above for the +/-10V input range.
Hello Jose,
We tweaked the timing as per our discussion, and toggled R/C low for every 8us to achieve 125KSPS sampling rate, but, the issue here is that, the acquisition time increases and hence the overall cycle time (t_conversion + t_acquisition) increases…
