    Hello, Jeff. We found root problem for our issue. We had soldering problem between NTC network and BQ24251 device. Now BQ24251 is working properly without TS fault on the Standalone mode. I'm sorry to bother you. Thanks... C.W. :)

    i have meet the same question on bq25120 , sometimes when plug the battery(3.8V), there is no output . and i measured the PMID ,the PMID voltage is just about 0.3V。 it seems that ic is in some kind of protection, the ESD ?
