RE: C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: how to adjust PID parameters on CCS

In general, the Kp and Ki of the current and speed regulators are calculated per the parameters of the motor. There is no unique formula for all of the different systems, you have to tune these parameters according to the requirements of your system....

    RE: C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: Motor Control Problems

Q1: Yes. Both the FOC and estimator need correct current&voltage feedback signals for current closed-loop and angle estimation. You might increase the dc-link voltage or run the motor with a slight load to see if the issue still appears. As you mentioned...

RE: CCS/C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: Provided .cmd files patch_EST sections

Sorry for confusing you. You might ignore and remove these sections if you just use the CPU version FAST library in motorControlSDK. These patches are just for CLA version InstaSPIN library on F28004x.

RE: C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: F280049C + DRV8320RS: Motor stalls after XRS reset

I just tested the lab project is07 in the MCSDK. The lab should run well if you didn't change anything and just push the XRS button. Please make sure that the variables you added are set to a correct default value before starting run the motor.

RE: C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: Demo motor control code for Cree CRD300DA12E_XM3 evaluation kit

We don't have anything intended to work with this kit specifically, no. I would still recommend you take a look at the C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK projects for the F2837xD though as there still may be some similar code that could be used as a starting...

RE: TMS320F280041C: FAST Estimator providing incorrect estimated speed at higher motor speed

Which board are you using? A TI EVM kit? Or your own board? Did you have any current waveforms during the motor runs with a load at low speed or rated speed? Could you please try the latest motor control SDK? MotorControl software development kit...
