The EM should be fairly optimal but in theory you can get the spurs slightly down by changing the decoupling, typically on the AVDD_XOSC pin.
We have a couple of ref designs with 30 dBm out:

Assuming
a) CC1120+CC1190 @868MHz, +27 dBm output power and typical antenna efficiency (1.5 - 2 dB loss in RX and TX)
b) CC1120, +15 dBm output power and typical antenna efficiency (>6 dB loss in RX and TX)
Note also that adding CC1190 improves…
Skyworks. SKY65367. See reference design: http://www.ti.com/tool/cc112xsky65367em-rd
RFMD: RFFM6500. RFMD has a reference design with this part, which we have evaluated. Looks good.
this should give an idea of how to integrate your particular solution. You can place the SAW filter after the LNA/PA

if you have a specific LNA/PA and SAW in mind let us know and we can suggest a configuration…
1) I'm referring to http://www.ti.com/tool/cc1120em-169-rd
2) The PA and the LNA have a optimal load/ source impedance at different frequencies. The one we have measured/ calculated is given in the datasheet. The component values from the 169 MHz…
Hi
I want to design a PCB to the reference design as:
I have a few questions please:
1. is this design protect from high VSWR? if not, i will be happy to get an advice how to deal with that..
2. which nets should be 50ohm? (antenna's nets?RX/TX on CC112x…
HI,
I want to implement CC112X with skyworks amplifier as suggested here:
i would like to get an advice about an LDO to 3.6V that will go to the skyworks amplifier.
Do you have any suggestions (3.6V, 1.5A, fast response?, etc..)?
Part Number: CC1125 Hi TI team,
I disigned a PCB card with the reccomanded 1W amplifier as the reference said:
I chose with RF Studio the parametrs as noted at the data sheet to get -129dbm sensitiviry (300bps, 1 or 4khz deviation (both tested, 4 is…
