Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18537NQ5A Hi folks,
I got ESD test result for CSD18537NQ5A.
It was CDM=2kV, and HBM is 500V.
I suspect that the CSD18537NQ5A HBM is quite low, since other product's in TI shows around 1K~2kV.
Is the CSD18537NQ5A HBM…

Hi Gate Driver Team,
Can I ask some questions while running the UCC27282 PSPICE simulation (Transient model from the ti.com product folder)?
(1) When I run the simulation, I can see…
Part Number: TPS2493 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18537NQ5A , TPS2493 using design calculator managed to get the design summary [attached below]and values. But i need to understand the diagram if i need to add two or three MosFET [CSD18537NQ5A] in…
Part Number: LM3150 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18537NQ5A , CSD18504Q5A Hi,
I did a webench Design for a LM3150 21-30Volt input and 19V output.
After assembly and turning on the current limit of the Power supply who feed the circuit was maxed out…
Part Number: TPS2490 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18537NQ5A Hi,
We use TPS2490 in a load switch configuration for switching a voltage of 40-50V with a drain current requirement is max 1A. The output load cap is 3000uF. The MOSFET used is CSD18537NQ5A…
Hi Jackie,
I changed the part from CSD18504Q5A to CSD18537NQ5A and the problem went away. Now I can start looking into running the simulation.
You guys should probably look into that SPICE model.
Cheers,
Part Number: LM3150 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18537NQ5A , TINA-TI Hello,
I've created a shematic with the webench.
Vin=18 - 24 V
Vout=13,5V
Iout=12A
After that i tried to use the TINA TI transient model of the LM3150 (Rev. A) to simulate…
Part Number: LM5069 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19536KTT , CSD18537NQ5A Hello team,
Do you have a recommendation of TI FET used with LM5069?
Thanks in advance. S.Sawamoto
Part Number: TPS40170 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18504Q5A , CSD18537NQ5A , Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools Good Morning,
We designed a system that utilizes the TPS40170. We used WEBENCH to design the system to set the voltage at approximately…
Hi Yue,
Changing the ripple current % in the quickstart file gives an inductor value of 3.7uH that matches the schematic. The recommended Cramp then becomes 255pF (choose 270pF standard value, currently 330pF in the schematic).
Also note that the Miller…
