What are the differences between the DAC8563 and the DAC8563T? Is it just the TTL enabled I/O on the T version or is there other differences?

That is bizarre to say the very least.
Attached is an older version of the datasheet which still has the mechanical information appended at the end. Meanwhile we'll try to figure out what is going on and fix the web version as well.
