Hey Annie,
Ahh okay, I see.
Annie Liu said: The input voltage is 110V DC, and the Ipeak needs to be limited to 13A, and the Ihold is set to 1.5A.
I wonder what level of accuracy the excitation current and holding current can reach in this case.
Have you tried…
Hello Dan,
Can you send me a schematic and layout of the PCB. I strongly recommend getting our DRV110EVM and trying to see if this issue still occurs and to make sure this is truly a device issue and not a board or layout issue.
Best regards,
Keerthi…

Part Number: DRV110EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV120EVM Hi,
Can I get the DRV110EVM and DRV120EVM board dimensions ?
Also, need fixation holes positions and dimensions.
Better will be to have a CAD .DXF file.
Regards,
Luc
Part Number: DRV110EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV110 , Hello, We require a pick-&-hold driver for testing electromagnetic products. The driver must provide a pick voltage of 55v (2.9A) for approximately 1 second, followed by a hold voltage of 24V…
Part Number: DRV110EVM My settings are: JP1, JP2, JP3 closed , JP4 thru JP9 are open.
Potentiometer R4, R5, R6 Fully CCW, R3 fully CW.
12 VDC supply are connected to P1-1 and P1-3
Solenoid coil is connected to P1-2 & P1-4

Hi Jacob,
By the way, this written values applied to DRV110EVM board. I'll test the reducing PWM. I'll let you know the test result. Also I have custom designed board, please check the values & schematics for same application. In custom board, with these…
Part Number: DRV110 I am interested in utilizing the DRV110EVM evaluation board to drive a +24VDC solenoid at an initial peak current of 533 mA before dropping its sustained current to 267 mA. With the use of external resistors the DRV110EVM board has a…
Hi Nirmala,
Thank you for the information. I just received the DRV110EVM from our warehouse and will be conducting tests tomorrow in the lab. I will give you an update tomorrow.
