Part Number: DRV110 I need to drive solenoid (10 ohm coil) which needs 2.2A for 100mS and after that 0.6A to hold.
Or 24V for 100mS and drop to 12V to hold.
Is it possible to use DRV110? If not do you have any other part?
Thank you,
Goran
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV120EVM , DRV110 , DRV120 Hello,
Going through further tests of the DR120APWR on the DRV120EVM.
I am interested during the transcient of the valve activation to avoid current limiting. The valve I use is a 12V, 2.5W valve…
Part Number: DRV110EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV120EVM Hi,
Can I get the DRV110EVM and DRV120EVM board dimensions ?
Also, need fixation holes positions and dimensions.
Better will be to have a CAD .DXF file.

Marcel,
I've done some further investigation on this issue. Inside the 8-pin device, HOLD is left floating. I took the potentiometers off of the DRV120EVM and used the 14-pin device like the 8-pin device by floating the HOLD pin. I then grounded the OSC…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV120EVM Hello TI experts-
We have seen some strange behavior from the DRV120APWR with our solenoid valves. With the programming resistor set at either 0 Ohm or 200K Ohm, we got an audible ~6.7KHz PWM frequency where 20KHz…
