Hi Marc,
Yes, it is 400uA for VREFO. The 40uA I mentioned is the absolute max current the MCP4726 VREF pin would sink.
In reality, the current should be ~10uA (2V/210kOhms) typical unbuffered, and probably less buffered.
Part Number: DRV8834 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCA6416A I want to connect two TC6416A ports to the M0/M1 ports of the DRV8834.
In order to be able to set all different step sizes for the DRV8834 in indexer mode, I need three different states…
Part Number: DRV8834 Section 9.2.3 is supposed to describe the Indexer Mode Driving a Stepper Motor, yet section 9.2.3.2, the Detailed Design Procedures, is word for word identical with Section 9.2.2.2 which describes the Phase/Enable Mode Driving a Stepper…

Hi,
Now I am study DRV8834 for stepper motor.
But, I am confused about the Maximum wake up time.
It define the wake up time as nSLEEP inactive to STEP in datasheet and it's Maximum value is 1ms.
Does it mean the STEP should…
Part Number: DRV8834 Hi,
Our customer has a question about DRV8834. I'm posting the question for the customer:
When the device is in a low-power sleep mode (nSLEEP=Low),
the uncertain voltage from 0.7-V to 2.0-V is applied to the digital input…
Thanks Rick for the reply. Yes I am using DIR, STEP mode
On your suggestions ,I did find several links example forum.arduino.cc/index.php
I could not find any thing specific to DRV8834
I wanted to know do I need to use M0 and M1 pins also which…
Part Number: DRV8834 Hello,
Our customer use the DRV8834, using STEP/DIR control.
It is mentioned Fast and Mixed decay used when the current is decreasing or
remaining constant on the datasheet.
What it means ' remaining constant' ?
Is it a…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8834 , DRV8834EVM , ENERGIA Hi
I've been trying to use the EVM with a DC motor or with a stepper motor (connecting it to both AOUT and BOUT) but failed to make them work.
I see the AENBL pin go high (or pulses on…

Hi all,
At this device's EVM that PPAD and GND connected near.
Another motor driver's PPAD and logic-GND does not connected to near.
Can you recommend PPAD connect to near the GND-pin…
