My customer uses LM2577SX-ADJ for their product. And they saw burnt issue recently.
Failure rate is about 4pcs/400pcs.
I want to to check that any similar issue from other customers world wide.

I am using the LM2577S-ADJ/NOPB converter to step up the voltage to 12v.
However it is only outputing 8.3V and also making a buzzing sound.
Any ideas, what could be wrong?
