There is a similar inquiry for another charge pump with similar issue. You might want to read that.

Part Number: ADS1282 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM27762 Hi TI,
I am currently designing a datalogger using the ADS1282 (and the ADS1282H) and i have a questions regarding bipolar Vs unipolar supply.
Which would you advise i use and why?
I…
Part Number: LMP7721 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM27762 , IVC102 Are there known issues operating this chip with +/- 2.5V supplies instead of a single rail 5V supply? I assumed it would work with dual rails provided the total differential voltage…
Hi Chris,
Thanks for suggesting the LM27762, will consider this option.
I have a question about

Thanks, Nick, I see my error. I noticed that there are some buck converter products that specifically state the output is negative, whereas Working With Inverting Buck-Boost Converters shows how to invert the signal using any buck converter. Which are…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM27762 , TPS61230A Hello dear Ti community. Today Im looking for some non expensive step up conveter which will be able to provide 5.2 - 5.5V from single cell Li-Ion/Poly bat (3.7V 18650 or equivalent). It would be perfect…
Part Number: TPA6111A2 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM27762 , TPA6133A2 , TPA6138A2 , TPA6120A2 , OPA1622 , TPA6139A2 Hi,
I am using TPA6111A2 in my application. I am giving 3.3 V as Vcc and ground. The output signal is getting saturated. How can…
Taichi-san,
Please note 3.6V is not enough for LM27762 if 200mA is needed. Inverting charge pump has 2.5ohm internal resistance, which causes 0.5V voltage drop. Also there has to be enough headroom for the LDO. I would say the LM27762 needs at least…
Hi Chris,
Thanks again. It doesn't look like you can force either the LM27761 or LM27762 into PFM mode, can you? I also do not see a frequency verses load current plots in the datasheet so I cannot estimate if the device will transition to constant…
Part Number: LM27761 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM27762 , REG71050 , LM2775 Our customer requires inverting charge pump which height is below 1mm. Vin=5V, Vout=-5V, Iout=50mA
In your product line up, I think it is only LM27762 and LM27761 that…
