Part Number: LM317L-N Hello,
why this part number LM317LM/NOPB is considered as a cross-part number for LM317LD of ST as per the below link:

Part Number: LM317L-N Hi, LDO support team
LM317L-N defines the Minimum Load Current in the datasheet, and it is depending on (Vin - Vout). What is happened if the actual load current is lower than the Minimum Load Current?
I would like to know why…
Part Number: LM317L-N Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM317 Hello Team,
Earlier one of the engineers I am working with asked a question regarding light sensitivity concerns on the LM317L-N.
Specifically, they noted that we used to have a section…
Hi Jim,
You can find all of TI spice models here: webench.ti.com/.../
The models should also be available under the Tools & software tab of the specific product folder. LM317 has both PSpice and TINA models, LM317-N and LM317L have PSpice models…
Part Number: LM317L-N Hi,
My customer would like to achieve current limiter circuit as Figure 20. However, Figure mentioned limited value, 12 < R1 < 240.
What does this value come from? They would like to achieve 2mA current limit with 600ohm resistor…
Hi Mario,
The LM317L is a single output regulator. All 4 output pins are connected internally and will be the same output voltage.
TI has multiple output (Multi Channel) LDOs with 2 or 3 separate regulated outputs:

Hi Mario,
There is no difference from a performance stand point, other than a very slight reduction in the Rds(on) from input to output and therefore a very slight reduction in the dropout. I believe the extra pins we're bonded out that way to give…
Part Number: LM317L-N Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM317 , Hi, all!
My customer is in trouble with light problems. In the LED application, the LM317LITP is used in the constant current circuit as shown in the figure below.
However, the LED and…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM317L Can we use 10 uF Ceramic output capacitor with LM317L ? Basically 10uF output capacitor will have low ESR in the range of 20 milli ohm or Lower - Will LM317L have any issue in operating wit capacitor of this type…
