Part Number: LM5141-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5146-Q1 hi all:
I read datasheet of LM5141-Q1 , it`s good device for us. For the EMC test I want to know how to derive the formula of EMI filter. could you show me some article or information…
Hi Sunny, Take a look at the LM5146-Q1 voltage-mode controller. There is a quickstart file in the product folder to assist with component selection. Fast input voltage rise and fall times shouldn't be an issue. Regards, Tim
Part Number: TPS54560-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25117-Q1 , LM5146-Q1 I'm using the TPS54560-Q1 Step Down DC-DC Converter the input is 24V the output is 5A/5V, do I need a fan or/and thermal pad to help cooling the device.
Part Number: LM5145 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5146-Q1 I would like to ask that the LM5145 to do a positive 15V voltage conversion into output voltage negative 5.5V voltage( a DAC to adjust ), at the current 1A output, the output waveform is terrible…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25145 , LM5145 , LM5146-Q1 Our company is using this power solution for the first time. There are two power supplies on the module, 24V power supply, one design output 3V, one design output 4V, the following problems…
Hello,
The Qg of the 650V CoolMOS FET you specified is too high at the required switching frequency, cuasing VCC to enter current limit.
Try using 100V FETs (see the LM5116 and LM5146-Q1 datasheets for MOSFET part number recommendations).
Regards…
Part Number: LM5088-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5088 , LM5116 , LM5145 , LM5146-Q1 Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools So im in the process of creating a DC/DC converter.
INPUT 48V (10A possible)
OUTPUT 19.5V 10A
Im in the early phase…
Part Number: TPS40170 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5146-Q1 Hello everybody,
Our product using TPS40170 failed on EMC radiated test at ~96MHz - so it's definitely common-mode noise problem! We narrowed it down with EMC probes and Spectrum Analyzer…
Hi Lawrence,
I recommned increasing the boot cap to 100nF and using only one FET in the high-side and low-side positions (no need for 2 in parallel as the output current is only 2A). Also, it's good to install a ceramic output cap to conduct the switching…
