Part Number: LM74610-SQEVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74610-Q1 I am planning on using LM74610 for reverse polarity protection and bought this evaluation board. I am seeing in the schematics and data sheet for this for C6 and C7 capacitor as a DNS…
Part Number: LM74610-SQEVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74610-Q1 I only change NMOS FET vs LM74610 reference schematic, test results for LM74610 below:
Pin 1: 12V;
Pin 2 & Pin 6: 11.7V
Pin 4: 12V;
Pin 7: 15V;
Pin 8:11.4V
You can see the 0.6V…
Part Number: LM74610-SQEVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74610-Q1 If I understand correctly, when using a n-channel FET in the power line side (not in return path), the FET will be switched on by a charge pump driving the gate. If the gate would…
Part Number: LM74610-SQEVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74610-Q1 , LM74700-Q1 , LM74700EVM Hello, what would be necessary to have a reverse polarity protection of 24V for the LM74610-SQEVM? I have this device here but it is only ratet for +12V to…
Hi,
We purchased the evaluation module LM74610-SQEVM and ran the same tests:
http://www.ti.com/tool/LM74610-SQEVM
The same behaviour that we had in our PCB could be seen in the evaluation module as well.
Best regards,
Inigo
