Part Number: LMG5200EVM-02 Dear TI-Experts!
What is the exact layer stack-up of the PC? Core- and prepreg thickness, and the thickness of the copper layers?
Didn't find it in the docs...
Thanks a lot,
Klaus!
Part Number: LMG5200EVM-02 Hi TI-experts again,
the EVB has capacitors on the bottom side.
For my PCB I want to prevent components on the bottom to make fabrication easier. So how shall I substitute/replace this Cs?
Thanks a lot in advance,
Klaus!
Part Number: LMG5200EVM-02 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMG5200 Hi,
I try to run the EVK @ 100khz with 10ns deadtime, 32Vin and no load. This results in a current draw of 170mA and the inductor is getting really hot 115C after a few minutes.
Is this…
Part Number: LMG5200EVM-02 Hello Team,
I have 2 questions:
1) Can the efficiency be at 45% for these conditions: Vin = 48V; Vout = 5V; Iout = 0.5A; Fsw = 2.5MHz ?
Measured input power 5.5W output power: 0.5A x 5V = 2.5W
So power losses of 3W are bigger…
