I just checked Olimex website and I realized that MSP430F5244 is not listed in the supported device of the MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 JTAG, which I use.

I use the msp430F5244 with 32KHZ XIN and 12MHz XT2IN so start up should be fine with low speed oscillator. After power up i would increase Vout up to 2.2V. However without any pull up or pull down I'm warried about TPS62742 stratup itself…
