unfortunately the PMP30092 reference design cannot provide a load current of 14A for 2 seconds, because the output peak power of 344W is too high but there are a few designs in this power range that have been published on ti.com.:

Secondary is 2output(24V and 12V).
PMP11303 is two output.
TIDA0100038 is one output.
