Part Number: PMP21999 Hi Team,
Customer is consulting whether CLLC can achieve VIN=20~60V / VOUT=300V / POUT=2.5KW bi-directional DC-DC application?
Best,
Stanley

Hi there,
Sorry for the confusion. There are two revisions of hardware for TIDM-02002. 1st revision is PMP21495: https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP21495 , which uses 8:5 turns ratio transformer from Payton. 2nd revision is PMP21999: https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP…
Sorry for confusion. The transformer in the 2nd pic is the transformer used in PMP21495 ( https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP21495 ) from Payton (P/N: 60814). The transformer in the 1st pic is the transformer used in PMP21999 ( https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP21999 ) from…

Kevin,
Take a look at https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP21999 This is an update to this design. I do believe the documentation needs a few updates, but PMP21999 shows the latest connections.
You are correct there was redundant isolation, That should have been removed…
Hi,
Yes, Cody is right. The published files are the latest one. the missing nets (breaking connection?) might be related to the transformer? This is because we are using flying leads to connect transformer and PCB.
And actually there is a new hardware…
Bavly,
You are correct, both isolators are reinforced already, you only need one. If you look at PMP21999 you will see that it no longer has the isolation as shown in PMP21561, this is the newer revision of that board please use it as a reference.
