Hi Jeroen, Did you change the power transformer as well to accommodate you new output voltage? In any case, for 3.3V solutions, in your design 3.8V, at type 2 power levels, you will typically see active clamp forward topologies. I recommend looking...

C101 is represented correctly in PMP7452 schematic. C19 bridges secondary GND to primary RTN. Note that PMP7452 was built on a different PCB (PMP5818) and so the photograph may be a bit differeent.
