I have taken transformer design in webbench .How much number of wire use in secondary winding.

The turn ratio in the schematic of T1 in PMP9204 is 13.5:1:4.
In the BOM TI is RLTI-1067 . The ratio in its datasheet is different.
Which turn should a customer refer to in this case?
