Part Number: SN74CBTLV1G125 E2E,
We ran into a situation where the above parts were unpowered (0 V, Vcc) yet the inputs coming from powered components were at 3.3V.
Would there be any potential overstress?
Are there any ESD protection diodes from the…
Part Number: SN74CBTLV1G125 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS5A21366 hi all,
The part number above mentioned is a LOW-VOLTAGE SINGLE FET BUS SWITCH , has the High-level control input voltage of 1.7v , can anyone suggest any part which should have the …
Part Number: SN74CBTLV1G125 Hi,
I believe that the length of emboss pocket means maximum, not typical. However the actual size is longer than it, so we guess that the information in datasheet has typo or old. Please refer attached photo that was taken…
Part Number: SN74CBTLV1G125 Hello,
what is the case to junction thermal resistance for SN74CBTLV1G125.
Tj(max)
Tc(max)
Rthjc
are not given in the datasheet and needed for thermal estimation.
Thanks for the support!
Part Number: SN74CB3T1G125-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G07 , SN74CBTLV1G125 Hi
It is recommended that the following output is open drain IC SC70-5 SMD 3.3V Or a single bit switch with OE# pin SC70-5 IC?
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74CBTLV1G125 Hi all
Would you mind if we ask SN74CBTLV1G125?
In case of power off(without Vcc), will the port between A and B be disconnected(Hi-Z)? Or, according to the parasitic diode, will it be Aport = Bport?
We need…
Part Number: SN74CBT1G125 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74CBTLV1G125 Hi Team, We are planning to use this part as a termination resistor switch in an up-to-200Mbps M-LVDS bus. The data sheet only states Cio(OFF) across the open switch
With this we…
Part Number: TMUX1237 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74CBTLV1G125 , Hi Team,
My customer want to use TMUX1237 to replace SN74CBTLV1G125.
I think the logic is good, but I am not sure if it is ok.
Could team give me some suggestions?
Hi Bryan-san, Clemens-san,
Thank you for the proposal. From the SN74CBTLV1G125 d/s, it seems that the leak current is 10uA when Vcc=0V, VI or VO = 0 to 3.6 V. Do we have 1uA leakage current device?
Regards,
