Hello. I'm trying to configure the TAS5731M Amplifier, but I can only initialize it, but nothing sounds. It goes from 0mA to 45mA when I start it, but I don…
thanks. I fired up TAS5731M. This helps a lot in resolving my issues. However, I still got to figure out the actual i2c sequence. The eval board is hardly available in the market.
Part Number: TAS5731M Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5731 After sending 7 bit 0x36 + 1 bit Read, TAS5731M is not giving me ACK. How can I diagnose the problem. Any diagnostic procedure to check the health of TAS5731M?

Part Number: TAS5731M Hi,
In the design, the MCLK is not used. So, how the MCLK pin is connected?
Can it be connected to the ground or floating?
Can it be connected to the Capacitance to ground as shown in the picture?
Thank you so much!
Hi Donny,
Donny Peng said: I think the I2S waveforms have no problem.
Yes, there is no problem with I2S, but it is strange that a register value error occurs and no sound is output.
Thanks and regards,
Cherry
Part Number: TAS5731M Hi team
Customer conducted the test that whether TAS5731M can recover form the High PVDD voltage. they set the PVDD to 27.5V which not exceeds the maximum value in datasheet, but after 2mins, the device cannot generates the output…
Hi, I know that is is really strange. About the input beeing too small one of my alternative sources is a PCM2706 is is directly connected to the I2S bus of the TAS. I bypassed the PCM9211. The USB chip is connected to a windows machine, volume is set at…
Part Number: TAS5731M Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5731 Hi TI experts,
Is it possible to provide HTOL data for the reliability data of TAS5731?
It can usually download reliability data from ti.com, but for TAS5731, HTOL is not listed.

Part Number: TAS5731M Hi Team,
What is the function of register 0x10 of tas5731m? Why is the modulation limit must be set to 93.8% when the supply voltage is greater than 18V?
Thanks and regards
