Hello Yazawa-san,
The process you described is what we recommend for this device.
1)Use PPCMB + TAS5756M evaluation PCB( TAS5756MDCAEVM ) to tune. 2)Generate setting from PPCMB by using dump function of Pure Path Console in specified format(.cfg). 3)Include…
Hi Lim,
I have not heard of this issue before. I just took a look at the schematic you provided. It seems ok to me. I will check your layout as well.
Just a quick question. Do you have a TAS5756MDCAEVM?
Andy
Hi Petar,
Yes.
The continuous power output of any amplifier is determined by the thermal performance of the amplifier as well as limitations placed on it by the system around it, such as the PCB configuration and the ambient operating temperature.
If I…
Part Number: TAS5825MEVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5825M , TAS5756MDCAEVM HI,
I have just started work with the TAS5825MEVM and PurePath console motherboard.
I can connect (says 'connected' and green dot next to TAS5825M at the bottom left of…
Hi Davy, I was traveling and visiting customers all week long last week. Sorry for my late response. Unfortunately, TAS5756MDCAEVM was designed by my colleague who already left our group. I am not able yet to find out what the EEPROM content should…
I want to attach the TAS5756MDCAEVM. I didn't connect anything to the motherboard when I test it yesterday.
Should the Purepath Console works properly if I connect both the TAS5756MDCAEVM and the motherboard?
Hi Andy,
thank for your prompt reply, I understand. I'll buy the TAS5756MDCAEVM development board.
When I defined the configuration/fine tuning with TAS5756MDCAEVM and PCC2 GUI, how I can load the settings into TAS5756M embedded on my devices? sorry for…
Hi Scott,
I just did a quick test. My TAS5756MDCAEVM can work with the clocks you mentioned.
a) MCLK = 3.072MHz
b) BLCK = 3.072MHz
c) LRCLK = 48KHz
Andy
Hi Satoshi,
In our TAS5756MDCAEVM, we used a 49.9k Ohm (0402, 1/16W, 1%) resistor for R202.
Actually that resistor can be other values since DAC_OUTB is not used in Mono/PBTL mode.
