We do not use labview to communicate with the AFE4300. That communicates to the MSP430, which communicates with the AFE. So, the firmware source code will serve your purpose.
Which TID are you referring to? The weight scale or the hand to hand…

You could use BTool on your PC to interface with HostTestApp running on CC2541 .
