Part Number: TIDA-010019 Hi team,
The reference design has diodes on TC’s signal line, for protection.
Would the leakage current of those diodes flow into the ADC input? If yes, would it affect the ADC’s performance?
Best regards,
Kurum…

The datasheet of TMP235 shows how to determine Cfilter and Rfilter when connecting an (SAR) ADC.
However when I was referring TIDA-010019, there is no Cfilter…

Could you show how to estimate the effect of CJC component accuracy when doing TC measurement?
I found two transfer functions in below material

My customer is looking for MUX for multi-channel temperature sensor, and I’d like to ask your advice.
The system (for 1CH) would be like the one…
Dear SmartEnrg -
Please see this reference design for schematic, layout, description of use and firmware example ==> https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-010019
Here, among a few examples, a TMP117 is used in conjunction with an LMT01 to perform CJC.
Part Number: TMP117 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP116 , TIDA-010019 I have a customer asking about the proper layout techniques to minimize errors when using the TMP116 / TMP117 type sensor for CJC in an enclosed, sealed case .
TIDA-010019 has some…
Hi Vencent,
For CJC application both the TMP1075 (digital) or the TMP235 (analog) are great solutions. If better accuracy is needed the TMP116 (digital) and TMP117 (digital) can be used.
We have a TI Design ( www.ti.com/.../TIDA-010019) that you…
Hello Yue,
That is pure speculation at this point at it depends on the load circuit and the ADC pin current. You can have a look at the reference design for a typical circuit.
