As of now, there is not a TI developed IO-Link stack available to share. All of the TI Designs that have been developed with a commercially available stack.

DRV8847S is not a DC/DC converter. It doesn't supply 6V or 12V. So, you still need a 6V or 12V DC/DC or AC/DC supply to provide 6V or 12V to DRV8847S circuit to drive the solenoid.
