Part Number: TRF7970A Hi team,
Here's the request from the customer:
EEPROM is a piece of 4 bytes, FRAM is a piece of 8 bytes. Currently EEPROM can read and write normally, but FRAM can only read 8 bytes, write failed. Is the TRF7970A not configured…

Part Number: MSP430FR4133 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDM-FRAM-WATERMETER Thank you for your help.
TIDM-FRAM-WATERMETER seems to perform real-time logging, but when there is a power failure, do you detect the power failure and write it? What kind…
Part Number: TIDM-FRAM-EEPROM Hi community member,
I have a question about the SPI clock of TIDM-FRAM-EEPROM.
<Question> 1. Do you think it is possible to design for faster SPI clock (eg 10 MSPS)? My customer wants to communicate at speeds faster…
Part Number: TIDM-FRAM-IRREFLECTIONSENSING Hi,
we are using TIDM-FRAM-IRREFLECTIONSENSING reference design to develop reflecting sensing for auto water dispensor (water tap).

Part Number: MSP430FR6989 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430WARE , Hi,
My customer wants to use half of the FRAM available in the device as EEPROM. They want to use this space for data-logging in their application. But whenever they enter the debug…
Hello Shlomo Alayev
Thank you.
We have a board ID EEPROM connection,
You could use a FRAM instead.
I am not sure on the use case.
If more data is required to be accessed, you could use an SPI interface.

Walter,
Yes indeed you are correct. I was basing my previous comment on the TIDM-FRAM-IRREFLECTIONSENSING BOM which seems to have a mistake because it references the TSSOP20 device footprint.
Regardless of the actual device used for the design, my previous…
