Part Number: TIPD184 Dear Javier,
Can you please pass me the your email address.
Because i'll send you the schematic with the FET applied. NOT for Forum.
Thanks and B/R.

Part Number: TIPD184 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA237 , OPA277 Dear,
I have qestions TIPD184 EVM B/D.
I can see the current use the OPA237 in the TIPD184. but we trying to the replacement to OPA277UA.
pls, advice to the side impact or problem fo…
Hello Yutong,
This is very similar to this design: https://www.ti.com/tool/TIPD184 Even thought the DRV411 is used with a hall sensor it still has a similar output structure to drive the compensation coil.
Regards,
Javier.
Part Number: DRV411 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIPD184 , Hi,
I have set up a current measurement circuit based on TIPD184. It seems to work fine.
However now I would like to modifiy the compensation circuit to check how steady-state accuracy and…
Hello Nicola,
I would use something similar to https://www.ti.com/tool/TIPD184 . I have attempted that and another option in the lab. This could be a lot of power depending on your configuration so make sure all the required heat sink are done to meet your…
Hi
TI does not have any recommendations for a 100A current sense transformer. I suggest you contact a number of current transformer vendors as they may have a standard or custom part available.
TI does have hall effect current sense devices, this is a…
Hello Mohamed,
You can design a DRV421 to measure 400A DC. I would use this calculator to determine the number of turns required and the Rshunt you would need. Keep in mind the inductance matters ( see here ) and that will be dependent on the air gap and…
Part Number: DRV425 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-01467 Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools Dear Sir,
We are working on motor monitoring .and we want to know about the signature analysis of the motor for the monitoring. I was looking for some…
The operational amplifier schematic of TIPD184 is dual power supply, and it is for DRV411, but I need a single power supply to improve the DRV401 recommended schematic, I do not know if there is any reference in this regard, thank you!
Hello ttd,
You may want to use the same output circuit as that in our TIPD184 . The TIPD184 is designed for the DRV411 but it is similar and it drive the compensation coil as well.
The transistors provide the current needed while the magnetics provide…
