Part Number: UCD90320U Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP64 Tool/software: The sequencer temperature monitoring uses linear approximation to convert voltage to temperature, y = mx+b, where m is the Temperature Cal Gain (C/V) and B is the temp offset…
Part Number: TMP6-THERMISTOR-DESIGN Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP64 , TMP63 Hello
I need TMP64 device resistance table with 100000 ohm Rbias. But there is 47000 Rbias. The sheet is protected and I can not change it. Is there a way to get device…
Part Number: TMP63-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP61 , TMP63 , TMP64 Hi Team,
My customer report that the question of how to define pin#1 on TMP63-Q1.
I found the similar post in E2E and it said that the dot on "G" word is pin#1. It's…
Part Number: TMP61 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP63 , TMP64
When upgrading existing NTC applications to leverage TMP6 technology benefits; for the TMP61, TMP63 or TMP64 Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Thermistors, what are all the standard…
Part Number: TMP61-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP63-Q1 , TMP64-Q1 Dear BU,
My customer used TMP61-Q1 and they want to know how to change the Rbias. Does it settle down by 10Kohm or could customer change to other value.
Hi Jalen,
If customer change from TMP61 to TMP63 or TMP64, ideally the resistance changes versus temperature world be larger right?
Would it be another solution to help RnD improve the low temp worse differentiate issue?
Thanks.
Alex
Dear Vincent -
We cannot confirm this part number for you and TI does not make this device or any NTC - sorry about that. We do make temperature sensing PTCs which are silicon based, but not one in this effective resistance at 25C range. (we make 10k…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP112 , TMP116 , LMT01 , TMP235 , TMP61 , TMP63 , TMP64 What should I consider when choosing a sensor to measure ambient temperature?
Igor,
In this case, the TMP236 is the only part in the analog portfolio with that high of a gain and with positive slope, and covering the measurement range you need. Two suggestions to consider -
1. You could use diode(s) on the negative terminal…
Part Number: TMP61-Q1
Hello E2E Experts,
Good day.
I am using the TMP6131QDYATQ1 PTC Thermistor on a new design and the part's datasheet instructs the user to download the Thermistor Design Tool to obtain Steinhart-Hart parameters, look up tables…
