Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPA1517 Dear Sirs
I use TPA1517 for my new design.
Vcc=14.5V
I want to drive 4 ohm, 5 Watts speaker.
What is the Icc Max value ( for pin16 )?
Could you provide me equation for current and VCC 4 ohm, 5 Watts speaker?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPA1517 , LM4950 Hi,all
Let me ask a question about TPA1517
Can I connect TPA1517 to a stero speaker such as LM4950?
I think that TPA1517 has internal feedback circuit so it is an impossbility.
I am looking forward to your…

Hi Derek-san,
Thank you for your reply. I promoted the TPA3113D2 to my customer an alternative product to TDA1517ATW/N1,118 (NXP) (EOL). Since TPA1517 is old device, I did not promoted it to them.
What is the best alternative audio amplifier device which…
Hi, Ben,
Unfortunately, this circuit array is only suggested for this device (TPA1517) since its internal mute and output architecture is different from the other amps families.
