Hello Jacob,
Can you please point me to a tool that does all the aforementioned calculations outlined above and in point #3?
I can then feed that information back to the person who created and maintains this tool and perhaps he can include it in the next…
Part Number: TPS2560 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2556 , TPS25221 Hi,
For one of my application, where I have 2 USB port I am looking at multi port adjustable current limiter ICs. I found TPS2560, But it has single I_lim pin which sets the same…
Part Number: TPS60151 Hello,
I am looking for definition on the peak current capability of this device. In the datasheet there is a max output current spec, a current limit spec, and then table 2 which shows max output current vs input voltage. Which…
Part Number: TPS25730EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25750 Hi,
We are testing the Current Limiting function on TPS25730EVM using a Mains USB-C Power Adaptor (5v to 9v, 3A) as input.
And output to an E-load (using CR mode, set R=5 ohms) to consume…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25820 Hello,
Using TPS25820 & Type C to Type C connection, I want to understand the current limit after attach as per USB PD3.2. In USB2.0, it is 100mA before enumeration. Does same apply here ?
Hello Michael,
I have taken a recovery picture from current limit on the LP5907.
As you can see recovery is almost instantly out of current limit.
Best Regards,
Hannah
Kevin,
VDDA_ADC will sink that current in the power OFF case, but this current could lift up VDDA_ADC before it is powered by the PMIC Circuit (PDN-0C).
Could you give a limit for VDDA_ADC in this case so we could reduce the current flowing into the ADC…
Part Number: TPS63900 Hi
Our customer would like to know the soft-start time when current is limited.
The datasheet says "The device has a soft-start feature that starts the device typically with 500-mA peak current limit until VO = 1.8 V and 500 µs…
