Part Number: TPS3801 I am considering thermal analysis for my circuit using TPS3801K33DCKR.
I would like to confirm thermal impedance value of junction to case for TPS3801K33DCKR.

Part Number: TPS3801 Hello
Is it allowed to continuously supply TPS3801-01 with 5VDC? The abs. max is 7VDC, recommended is 4V max. Other devices from the family are recommended up to 6VDC. What is the reason for this?
Thanks for your help.

Part Number: TPS3840 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS3801 Hi team,
My customer would like to place a small capacitor on MR pin in order to prevent unintentional reset by noise copuling.
Is it okay to place capacitor on MR pin?

Part Number: TPS3801 Hi,
Is a pull up resistor required on /RESET pin though this pin is push-pull output?
What resistance should we set? V pull-up/ 50uA?

Part Number: TPS3801 In TPS3801 datasheet, Timing Diagram is shown as below.
When VDD is lower than 1.1V, the /RESET pin status is seems uncontrolled? Right?
Do we need to add a resistor with GND to keep /RESET low?
Thanks.
Part Number: TPS3801 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP , Dear Team,
we have a question regarding pin 1 of the device TPS3801-01DCKR.
The data sheet shows that the pin is GND, but some older documents / reference designs have the pin as NC:
