Dear Sir, This is a normal phenomenon for the TPS61089 because of the body diode of the upper side MOSFET, the Vin and Vout is connected through this body diode. What is your output voltage? if it is 5V, you can choose TPS61022 or TPS61023.

Dear user: May you clarify what's the maximum current you mean? The current of the load or the current you detected in input side? If the previous one, the TPS610994 can's support startup with 3.3V/400mA load during the startup when Vin is low as…

Hi, from issue 1, you need a boost converter with ture disconnection, such as TPS61023. The TLV61048 is a traditional boost without true disconnection function. so there is voltage close to VIN in output even EN is low.

Hi Jose, TI does not have single chip solution for this application. I suggest the following: BQ24133 charger + a boost converter like TPS61023 with pre-bias startup capability. The boost would connect between the battery FET and the system rail so…

Hi Scott, Sorry right now TPS61255A (fixed 4.7V version) doesn't exist. Could you accept other devices such as TPS61022, TPS61023, TPS61236P that the Vout could be configured to be 4.7V?

Hi Oscar, the TPS61099 is not suitable for this application. I would suggest TPS61023 with EN signal synchronous with idle mode and a schottky diode between battery and loading. when the NB-IOT is in idle mode, the device is disable. the output…
