It appears that the boost is getting out of regulation and for TPS65105, the design is such the whole device shuts down if any of the rails is out of regulation.
Likely cause of the boost getting out of regulation is boost switch hitting…

2. Measure as above the moment when the outputs shut down after startup. It might be possible to check why the protection of the IC is triggered…

Yes, the part can be used with 3.3V. Please check the protection feature of the part. If your system does not need this feature I recommend usint TPS65101. This is exactly the same part without this specific feature.
