    Hello Adrian, As long as you do not have a load connected the part will work normal even if the thermal pad is not connected. The thermal pad is just there to help dissipating the power, it does not have an electrical functionality. I expect that…

    Hello Dave, Is it possible that the -10V is not in regulation? The negative charge pump is supplied from the +9.5V you have and therefore I expect that VGL does not reach -10V. Vcom is not allowed to start until all output voltages are in regulation…

    Siyu, I think the toggle flip-flop in the block diagram on page one of the spec should have let you know that the max you will get with this device is 50% duty. Go to page 43 and 44 of the attached and select a more suitable part.
