Part Number: TVS0701 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS3300 Hi E2E,
Good day.
For the TVS0701, the leakage current is ~0.25 to 40nA (at room temp) at 7V, the Vrwm. What is the expected leakage current below Vrwm? Is there an IV curve that shows the…
Part Number: TVS0701 Hi,
Our customer is designing a medical sensor patch that needs AED defib protection at the electrode inputs according to IEC60601-2-27. They're used to using MAX30034 for clamping. Can TVS0701 replace MAX30034? I'm attaching a…
Part Number: TVS0701 Hi,
my customer needs 5V USB power line TVS, but the
IEC 61000-4-5 Current (8/20 µs), TA < 125°C
need to be at least 100A.
It seems that all our TVS current are less than 100A.
Do we plan to release higher current TVS…
Part Number: TVS0701 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS1401 , TVS2200 Hi team,
I have some below TVS problem.
1. May I know the release schedule of bidirectional TVS? Such as TVS0701, TVS1401, 1801,2701 and so on.
2. If customers must use to bidirectional…
I do not see any termination resistors. Are they somewhere else? Can you show everything that is connected to the bus lines?
Check the waveforms with an oscilloscope. I'd guess that the rising/falling edges are too slow because there is too much capacitance…
Hi MJ,
The best replacement for this would either be TPD1E10B06 or TVS0701. TPD1E10B06 has 30 kV ESD protection and TVS0701 has 30 A of surge protection. Let me know if either of these work for you.
Regards,
Matt Smith
Hi Sudarshan,
Although the breakdown voltage is around 7.7V, you will still experience unwanted leakage current after you exceed the Vrwm of 5V. TVS0500 is rated for a max leakage current of 5.5 nA at 5V. Once you pass 5V, the leakage current will increase…
Part Number: TPS3619-33-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS3619 , TVS0701 Hi
Are there any recommended low leakage ESD protection solutions for the VBat pin of the TPS3619?
We are concerned with protecting the device when a user replaces the battery…
Part Number: ADS114S08 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS0701 Hello,
I have designed a prototype for Thermocouple measurement using the ADS114S08, the ADC is working as expected, but I need some help with the cold junction compensation! I did some checks…
Part Number: TVS2700 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: FLAT-CLAMP-TVS-EVM
One of my customers was recently looking for TVS diodes to protect their system from surge events, and they came across TI's TVS flat-clamp devices, particularly the TVS2700. They…
