Part Number: UCC12050EVM-022 Hi,
We are in the process of evaluating the EVM for EMC aspect. We are seeking the ODB++ file of the EVM PCB. The user guide contains the necessary information on the Bill of Materials. Hence, can you please help us with…
Part Number: UCC12040 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC12050EVM-022 , UCC12050 , AMC1351 , UCC12051-Q1 Hi,
I have three questions regarding UCC12040.
Q1. Use standalone with internal clock. Is there no problem if SYNC (4pin) is shorted to GNDP?
Q2. In…
Hi,
I compared your circuit to the EVM ( UCC12050EVM-022 User's Guide (Rev. D) (ti.com) ) quite the same. So it looks the circuit is ok. Can you get an EVM to make a comparison between yours and the EVM?
Also, you can use a new unit to replace the unit…
Part Number: UCC12050EVM-022 In the advertisements it is mentioned using up to 3 Meg frequency.
I was wondering what the frequency it is (switching?) and how could be verified?
Has anyone verified the topology and switching frequency?
The isolation, size…
Hi Petri
You mentioned you are measuring using a near field probe and it seems to do a good job capturing the harmonics which are happening at n*8MHz. This approach is good for a first pass at pre-compliance screening but you are only detecting peaks…
Hello Vincent,
There are some things to consider here:
1. If they need a simple ready to go module they can use UCC12050 and parallel 4 of the units together. The advantage of using this part is the integrated transformer reduces the total BoM and the…
Hi Hirotsugu-san,
I checked the UCC12050 EVM , and it uses a 10uF and 0,1uF ceramic parts as the input filter. The switching frequency is much higher with UCC devices so less input filtering is required.
