Part Number: UCC27614 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27322 Looking for a Spice model for the UCC27614. Looks like all that's on the site is a SIMPLIS model.
Part Number: UCC27614 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3481 , UCC27524 , UCC27322 , CSD Hello,
I am trying to use this low-side gate driver to drive this mosfet for a flyback converter. The transformer is 1:1 ratio, 12uH primary inductance, 150nH…
Part Number: UCC27516 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27614 , UCC27322 I need a gate driver for a front end power amp switching application - A Power MOSFET switches the drain bias of a PA on and off with a p-channel MOSFET configured as a high-side…
Part Number: UCC27714 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5112 , UCC27322 , UCC27532 In Figure 49 of the data sheet for the UCC27714, an application for the device in a two-switch forward converter is shown. Whereas I agree with the general concept the…
Hello Brian,
Thanks for your interest in our drivers.
It sounds like your operating frequency is not fixed? am I correct? Is the 30MHz a hard requirement? I ask because given the high frequency switching, the choice in gate driver will likely lead…
Hello Rich,
Thanks for your interest in our drivers.
It sounds like you're using the driver to the primary windings of a transformer. I ask because this is one of legacy low-side driver and if you can share your application block diagram and/or schematic…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27321 , UCC27322 , TINA-TI I need a TINA model for the UCC27321 driver ic, or a TINA circuit wherein this driver is used.
Although SPICE models are given for this ic, it does not give the .tsm file which is required…
Harijarani,
The UCC27322 is a single 9-A driver, whereas the UCC27324 is a dual driver, both inside the same package, each rated to 4-A peak.
The peak current rating of the driver relates to the Rds(on) rating of the internal drive FETs - lower…
Hello Yunsheng / Brian,
Well I managed to get the PFC working but apparently unable to get it to operate at full load. Above 50% load the MOSFET drivers seem to fail. Anyone who can help me with UCC27322 would be great!
