Part Number: UCC5390 Hi,
I am studying on isolated and non-isolated gate drivers for IGBT driven motor drive applications. My application area is three-phase two-level motor drives. I can understand that using all 6 switches with isolated gate drivers is…
Part Number: UCC5390-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21750-Q1 ,
Hi Team,
UCC21750-Q1 features the PWM interlock for IN+ and IN– pins, which can be used to prevent the phase leg shoot through issue.
But customer want to use UCC5390-Q1 is upper…
Part Number: UCC5390SCDEVM-010
As suggested in ti datasheet, for split output gate driver IC(UCC5390S) , VEE is supposed to connect with ground.
In our application to drive SiC MOSFET we're using negative supply voltage to turn off FET.
Is it a good…
UCC5390E, Driver side Power Supply problem
I am using DC5390E, have dual power supply +15, -3 V, wRG, when I connect it to the chip it drops to +5 and .-0.33 volt. WRTG? Caps between GRND and VCC2 and VEE2 are connected.as per data sheet.
Part Number: UCC5390 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Dear TI team,
I am using IC UCC5390ECDWVR for gate driver circuit design. I am trying to simulate this circuit in TINA but I am getting errors and not able to resolve it.
Kindly suggest if anything…
Part Number: UCC5390 Hi Team,
My customer is considering UCC5390S.
From following, RNMOS||ROH for UCC5390S is around 0.71Ω.
Is it correct the gate resistance should be chose from "gate resistance recommended by IGBT datasheet" -0.71Ω?…
Part Number: UCC5390-Q1 Curves in the datasheet are mostly for 3.3V or 5V VCC1. As a critical component, are there any considerations, tradeoffs to using 12V? Will propagation delay be affected?
Thanks
The UCC53x0 family offers split and single output with different output current options for the designer. There are three variants of UCC53x0, but this FAQ will focus on the ‘S’ and ‘E’ versions. UCC53x0S offers a split output while the UCC53x0E offers…
