Hi A.S.
Correct, we do not have custom tools for every design configuration. You will need to go through the design manually to rescale components for a lower output voltage. The best general tool we have is Power Stage Designer 4.0.

Hello Jayadevan,
The Applications and Implementation section of the datasheet is a guide to the majority of power stage components. Also, may I recommend using the Power stage designer tool attached below to simulate the system behavior in a flyback…

At lower input voltages the efficiency is generally lower since the input current is higher and the duty cycle is smaller, leading to higher currents thru the FET and diode. The following collateral can help you identify ways to meet the efficiency…

First I'm assuming you are referring to the resonant capacitor Cr that's used in the simplified schematic on page 1 of the UCC256403 datasheet http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ucc256403.pdf .
For material, this capacitor needs to be film or…
Hi Keith,
The LM25037 is a part developed by National Semiconductor which was acquired by TI a few years back. Unfortunately there is no excel calculator or webench model for the device. TI is focusing resources on developing Webench models for new…
Hi
UCC256303 is designed to work with higher voltages, such as a 380V from a PFC boost converter. LLC also does not work well for wide voltage range like the 5.3:1 your specification has.
Rather than use an LLC we recommend either an active clamp…
Hi C.T.,
I like to use this document for active clamp forward: www.ti.com/.../slua535.pdf
Another tool that is useful is power stage designer which can suggest component values based on your design requirements: www.ti.com/.../POWERSTAGE-DESIGNER…
I am glad to help Devith.
Here is a tool that can help with power design:
www.ti.com/.../powerstage-designer
Power Stage Designer.
It provides some basic calculations, allowing you to evaluate different topologies.
Hi Sham,
This video provides a brief overview of the push pull topology: training.ti.com/topology-tutorial-what-push-pull
Starting on page 24, there is a design example with LM25037 that might be useful to you: www.ti.com/.../lm25037.pdf
I also…
Hi Sankar,
Unfortunately not for the TPS23756. What is your output voltage and power requirement? I recommend looking at the TI design library for a total system power solution with PoE.
However, please see below link to a common ACF design guide…
