There is nothing to do with RFoutA, RFoutB and SYSREFREQ because your configuration is Cat.1 sync. I was wrong in the previous thread, you need to put VCO_PHASE_SYNC = 1 because you are using the CHDIV. No SYNC pulse is needed in Cat.1 sync…
