However, I recommend taking a look at TIPD177 which a reference design for current output DACs and TIPD189 which is a reference design for voltage output DACs.

So we can see what circuit you've been using please share the circuit schematic for your existing design. Without knowing what circuit you're working with one option would be a circuit similar to the one shown in TIPD107 .
