If you see the error message at the bottom, it looks like you are using an evaluation version. The models we provide will not run in an evaluation version. You will need a paid version of PSpice from Cadence to run this model.

I am able to reproduce your error. Evidently, it comes due to the fact that there is no probe on your schematic. Once you add a probe, it should work. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

You don't have to name it. When you instantiate the GND pin, just leave it as the default. Where ever you are using GND (any kind) on your schematic, just use this default GND symbol (without making any changes)
