Customer see the output voltage shift at the operation in some devices and they are looking into the root cause.
Here is their inquiries.
- Is there possibility that the output is changed about 2.5% at stable input voltage causing by the operation time ?
- Is there possibility the input offset drift by the temperature is seen causing by the operation time ?
- Such above situation is seen with irreversible ?
