Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM193,
What is the difference between the 5962R9452602V9A and 5962R9452603V9A?
Do these parts come with RLAT data?

Hi Steve,
5962R9452602V9A = LM193 MDR
5962R9452603V9A = LM193 MDE
MDR = Space grade bare die products that are radiation tested and qualified at high dose rate (100rad/s)
MDE = Space grade bare die products that are radiation tested and qualified at low dose rate (0.01 rad/s).
Space Level product (MDS, MDE, MDR) is processed to Class S military wafer lab and visual criteria standards, including SEM and WLA. Product is 100% functional DC probed at +25°C and guard banded for the Class S temperature range.
There is a report available in the LM193QML-SP product folder:
LM193AxRLQMLV ELDRS Characterization Report
I'll check if we supply per lot data.
More info is on the Hi Rel pages, under the "Getting Started" section:

Hi Steve,
Please see the following document:
QML flow, its importance, and obtaining lot information (Rev. B)
It explains how to obtain the reports on-line. But you must have a registered & verified TI account (such as E2E) to access the reports.
However, die products do not seem to be covered - which left us a little puzzled. We are looking into this...we will contact you internally.
But the answer to your RLAT data questions is "Yes", we do have the Lot data, but you will need the actual Lot information for the device/die/wafer in order to look up the report.
