LMH6553: TINA-TI

Can you post a schematic of the circuit the LMH6553 is desired to work in?

None of the amplifier models will support accurate HD modeling - they might provide FFT output data, but not necessarily related to the real device. Very limited (usually none) over temp info is provided as well. The most basic would be to add input offsets and supply current tempco's - very rarely inclduded in the customer models.

   To avoid third party import with our products, instead of downloading it off the product folder, you would need to search for the part through the place part selection either on the side of the software or near the top tabs. Then right click on the device name and select place symbol. Also, Michael is correct, our models do not include harmonic distortion measurements.

Thank you very much for your kind help.

But I would like to know why LMT6553 temperature stepping simulation on TINA-NA shows strange behavior , not harmonic distortion.

SInce TINA-NA has model has LMT6553 model, I do not import it.

Does it come from model problem or simulator problem ?

   For Tina-TI, I do not recommend using the models in the software. It is better to import model from the LMH6553 product folder. For Pspice for TI, we recommend using the models in the library folder to bypass third model import warning. Can you share your Tina-TI or Pspice for TI file for temperature stepping?

For PSpice for TI, it restrict the number of probe on the testbench using it and also LMH6553 model has an error (rtc with parameters, tc1 and tc2).
